From the moment I called, that set the tone of how relieved I was to have them come out. These guys were more than accommodating! They even had availability to show up early on the day of my appointment. The technician, Kallum, came out and was thorough about everything and kept me updated the whole way through. It was an easy fix to lightly clean the unit and add 1 lb of refrigerant (freon) for only $250 including the service fee to come out. I've used this company in another home of mine years ago and have always had AMAZING service with them. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are reliable and genuinely amazing people that take their line of work seriously and have heart in what they do. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation.
