Customer Service Representative
Be the friendly first point of contact for customers booking service, repairs, and installations.
Employment: full-time Location: On-site (office) Department: Customer Care
Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and coordinate with technicians in the field. If you love organizing chaos and making people's day a little easier, this is your role.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service experience (HVAC, trades, or call center a plus)
- Strong phone, email, and computer skills
- Great attitude and attention to detail
